EPS cutting machines

Swift also represents Megaplot, makers of high quality European cutting machines for Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), Expanded Polyester (EPE) and other extruded foams. . Megaplot EPS cutters can come with up to 10 hotwires, a turntable and a lathe for circular cuts. Customers use Megaplot machines to cut achitectural fittings, Megaplot is always looking at ways to improve efficiency and performance of their machines. There are over 3,000 Megaplot machines in over 50 countries.

The MegaPlot foam cutter moves the hot wire in the Y and X planes thanks to microstepper motors controlled by the PC. This allows for great cutting quality and high cutting speeds. Swift also offers numerous Megaplot accessories which enable you to produce any shape, including 3D shapes. The Turntable makes it possible to cut shapes such as spheres, the Lathe enables cutting of columns and further possibilities come with the ShapeWire Tool for scooping out shapes for packaging and other uses. The brand new feature, Independent Axis Control allows cutting of all kinds of tapered shapes.

Grinding Wheels and Lubricants

Our grinding wheels suit Albrecht Bauer, Fecken Kirfel and FEMA continuous blade/knife machines. We supply both cup-type and flat grinding wheels in Vitrified Abrasives, long-life Ceramics and Borazon.

Our hand held solid sticks and blocks of high performance organic cutting lubricants make grinding hassle free. The 62 gram Push-up Sticks come in cases of 24. Solid Blocks weigh 74 grams and come in cases of 120.

Blade Guides and Tensioning wires

We supply Blade Guides suitable for most models of foam cutting machines made by Albrecht Baumer and Fecken Kirfel.
